Who says Aperol doesn’t belong in a margarita? Steering away from a classic Aperol Spritz to sip on this summer, this rendition of Aperol gives the traditional margarita a new life. The addition of the coconut milk adds this extra layer of creaminess that cuts the heat from the chili and salt rim. Cheers!
