This delicious bagel topped with apple and cheese makes a great afternoon snack or light lunch.
cup Canadian Cream Cheese, softened
Tbsp shredded Canadian Cheddar
cup diced Empire, Cortland or Crispin apple, skin on
Tbsp dried cranberries
tsp lemon juice
pinch ground cinnamon
whole wheat bagels, halved
In a small bowl, with a spoon, combine Cream Cheese and Cheddar. Stir in apples, cranberries, lemon juice and cinnamon. Spread on fresh or toasted bagels.
