cup apple, cider

cup Calvados

cup rum
juice of one lime

Tbsp brown sugar

cinnamon, sticks

apple, slices

Step 1
Cut apple into thin rounds. Stud each piece with 3 cloves. Combine everything in a large stockpot. Bring to a boil then turn off the heat. Let cool slightly then serve.
