This is the locally inspired vinaigrette that we tossed with our locally grown greens at the Village Feast. Nothing tops a bunch of fresh organic greens like homemade vinaigrette. Like all vinaigrettes this one is just as easy to make as opening a bottle of store bought!

ingredients

cup of your favourite extra virgin olive oil
½
cup of apple cider vinegar
½
cup of honey
a heaping tablespoon (15 ml) of grainy mustard
a heaping tablespoon (15 ml) of dried thyme (or any herb you love)
a heaping tablespoon (15 ml) of dried thyme (or any herb you love)

Step 1
Simply measure all the ingredients into a Mason jar and shake vigorously until well combined. Just before serving toss with fresh organic greens and you’re ready to serve and share.
Step 2
This dressing will stay fresh in your refrigerator for several weeks – but it probably won’t last that long.
