Ontario produces a lot of cranberries. You can also find local apple brandy and sparkling wine here, but this recipe can be adapted depending on what is available in your area.
For a non-alcoholic version, omit the apple brandy and use soda water or ginger ale instead of wine.

cup apple juice or apple cider

cup cranberry juice

cup apple brandy, optional
¼
cup honey

cup fresh or frozen cranberries
3
cup sparkling white wine

Step 1
In a pitcher, combine apple juice, cranberry juice and brandy, if using.
Step 2
Stir in honey and cranberries. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Step 3
Add sparkling wine and serve over ice.
