Ontario produces a lot of cranberries. You can also find local apple brandy and sparkling wine here, but this recipe can be adapted depending on what is available in your area.
For a non-alcoholic version, omit the apple brandy and use soda water or ginger ale instead of wine.
cup apple juice or apple cider
cup cranberry juice
cup apple brandy, optional
cup fresh or frozen cranberries
cup sparkling white wine
In a pitcher, combine apple juice, cranberry juice and brandy, if using.
Stir in honey and cranberries. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Add sparkling wine and serve over ice.
