oz artichoke liqueur, such as Cynar

ounce sweet vermouth, such as Carpano Antica

petal fennel

Step 1
To a cocktail glass filled with ice, add the rye, artichoke liqueur and sweet vermouth. Stir for 30 seconds to chill. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with the fennel petal and orange zest.
