avocadoes. Peeled and pitted

Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

Tbsp fresh squeezed grapefruit juice

cup coconut milk
½
cup white sugar
1
cup 35% cream
Pinch chilies
Selection of fresh tropical fruit soaked in rum and sugar

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour the liquid into the drum of your ice cream maker and process for 3-45 minutes.
Step 2
Serve with rum soaked fruit.
