This avocado dipping sauce is great for parties and is simple to make.

ripe avocado, pitted and peeled (1)

cup mayonnaise (50ml)

Tbsp ketchup (45ml)
salt

Step 1
Puree the avocado in a food processor with the mayonnaise and ketchup.
Step 2
Transfer sauce to a serving bowl and season, to taste, with salt. Serve with cherry tomatoes and cauliflower and broccoli florets for dipping.
