Baja Blue Fin Tuna Ceviche

Ingredients

g blue fin tuna filet

g celery salt

turns of the pepper mill

limes juiced

Tbsp soy sauce
1
Tbsp coconut milk
500
mL First Pressed olive oil
2
Tbsp purple onion
2
Tbsp cucumber chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a stainless steel bowl, mix your tuna and your onion and cucumber together.

Step 2

Add your ingredients one by one all while thoroughly stirring and until each item is well coated.

Step 3

Let rest for a few minutes.

Step 4

Serve and Buen Provecho.
