Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 °F. Place a pear half, flat-side up, into a baking dish and place on a baking tray. Brush pears with melted butter.
Step 2
Pulse flour, brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt to combine. Pulse in butter until a rough, crumbly texture. Pulse in oats and nuts just to combine. Pack crisp topping evenly over each pear and bake for 25 to 35 minutes, until pears yield when poked with a tester.
Step 3
Slice pears and fan out in a baking dish and brush with butter. Sprinkle crisp topping our pears and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Slice a strip of brie and lay over baked pear and return to oven for 2 minutes. Spoon 1 tbsp of ricotta on top of the brie and drizzle with a little honey and serve.
