russet potatoes
Butter, for baking and serving
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

cup your favourite cheese (cheddar, gorgonzola, etc.)

cup sour cream

cup crispy bacon
½
cup corn
½
cup diced red onions

cup diced red pepper

cup sliced green onions

Ingredients for a baked potato bar
Step 1

Preheat the barbecue to 400°F.

Step 2

Wash and dry potatoes, and pierce skin with a fork.

4 potatoes on a baking tray
Step 3

Place potatoes on pre-heated grill and cook for 25 minutes.

Step 4

Brush with butter and season with salt. Continue to grill until tender, about 25 additional minutes.

Step 5

Slice potatoes down the middle and pinch to open. Fill with a nub of butter and transfer to a serving plate.

As the potatoes bake, prep the toppings. Place individually in small ramekins and transfer to a serving tray.
