cup plain yogurt

cup blueberries and strawberries

cup All Bran Buds

Tbsp sunflower seeds

Notes
You can use Greek yogurt or any other plain or flavoured yogurt if you like. Use frozen fruit or any fresh fruit in this recipe.
Step 1
Take a tall glass or parfait cup and scoop in a layer of yogurt. Next add a layer of blueberries and strawberries. Sprinkle some Bran Buds and sunflower seeds on top.
Step 2
Repeat step 1 and alternate layers until you reach the top of the glass.
Step 3
Top off with the remaining Bran Buds and sunflower seeds.
Step 4
Serve chilled or keep in fridge overnight and enjoy for breakfast the next morning.
