Preheat oven to 375 F.
In a mixing bowl, mix together cream cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, basil and oregano. Spread the cream cheese mixture into a pie dish or oven-safe casserole dish.
Top cream cheese mixture with pizza sauce.
Sprinkle remaining mozzarella over top. Top with pepperoni slices
Bake 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and golden. For an extra crispy top, broil for 2 minutes.
Remove pizza dip from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan and fresh basil. Serve immediately with sliced baguette for dipping.
