The sweetness of the figs, raw honey and elderflower liqueur balanced with the herb notes of the thyme and tartness of lemon juice paired with a dry prosecco is sure to be a crowd pleaser. Cheers!

Add the figs, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, honey and 2 sprigs thyme into a cocktail shaker.
Using a muddler, gently muddle the figs until they release their juices.
Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
Double-strain into a coupe glass.
Top with prosecco.
Garnish with figs and remaining thyme sprigs.
