Winter is on its way and this hot chocolate is the perfect drink to warm you up! With just a few simple ingredients and little cook time, the creamy cookie butter and white chocolate melt into one another to make the most comforting drink the whole family is sure to love.

Biscoff Hot Chocolate
In a small saucepan, bring the milk to a slow simmer over medium heat.
Add in the white chocolate chips, cookie butter, and vanilla extract. Stir to combine, until the chocolate has melted and milk is heated through, about 5-7 minutes.
Spread some cookie butter around the edges of 2 mugs.
Place the toffee bits into a plate, and dip the mugs upside down into the toffee bits, one at a time, to line the rim of each mug.
Divide the hot chocolate into each mug, top with whipping cream, toffee bits and a cookie.
