Thinly slice steaks and place in large bowl; toss with cornstarch. Add soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and half of the oil; set aside to marinate.
In a food processor, puree beans with broth, red pepper flakes, salt, and sugar; set aside.
Heat remaining oil and sauté asparagus and red pepper; remove into bowl. Sauté beef in batches and add to bowl. Bring bean mixture to boil in wok and return beef and vegetables to wok; stir and heat through to serve.
