bag fries, cooked as indicated on packaging
Cheese Sauce

Tbsp (45 mL) butter
3
Tbsp (45 mL) flour
4
cup (1 L) milk
1
cup (250 mL) Black Diamond Mild Cheddar Cheese, cubed
2
green onions, minced
½
tsp (2 mL) cayenne powder
2
cup (500 mL) Black Diamond Mozzarella Cheese, diced

slices bacon, cooked and minced

Step 1

Step 2
In a sauce pan, over medium heat, melt butter, add green onions and cook a few minutes. Whisk in flour until preparation thickens.
Step 3
Gradually pour in milk, stirring until smooth and creamy.
Step 4
Add cubes of Black Diamond mild cheddar, cayenne powder, and bacon. Keep stirring until smooth.
Step 5
Divide fries among 4 plates, scatter with diced Black Diamond mozzarella, then pour cheese sauce on top. Serve hot.
