Special equipment: a high-powered blender (optional).

frozen peeled banana, cut into 2-inch chunks

cups blueberries

cup coconut water

cup frozen chopped collard greens

cup frozen pineapple chunks

Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice

tsp grated fresh ginger

Directions

Step 1

In a carafe of a high-powered blender, combine the avocado, banana, blueberries, coconut water, collard greens, pineapple, lime juice and ginger. Blend until thick and creamy.
