Frozen espresso coffee is combined with cream, vodka, and coffee liqueur. Serve with a dollop of fresh whipped cream.

cups brewed espresso, at room temperature

cup half and half

cup vodka

Tbsp coffee liqueur

tsp vanilla extract
Whipped cream, for serving, optional

Notes

Cook's NoteIf you prefer a sweeter drink, you can add more sugar to taste.

Step 1

Pour the espresso into 2 ice cube trays and freeze until solid, 3 to 4 hours.

Step 2

Combine the frozen espresso cubes, half-and-half, vodka, coffee liqueur, sugar and vanilla in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Step 3

Pour the mixture into chilled glasses and top with whipped cream if using. Serve immediately.
