cup (125 mL) buttermilk
cup (60 mL) sour cream (or plain yogurt)
green onion, thinly sliced
Tbsp (30 mL) white wine vinegar
tsp (5 mL) honey
A touch of garlic, finely chopped
Salt and pepper
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
