cup plain 2% Greek yogurt

Tbsp each extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice

large clove garlic, pressed

pinch each salt and pepper

large romaine heart, chopped

cup grated Parmesan cheese

Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Toss with chopped romaine and sprinkle with Parmesan. Toss again before serving.
