egg white

cup sugar

tsp cinnamon

lb(s) pecan halves

Step 1
Preheat oven to 225ºF.
Step 2
Mix water and egg white; whisk.
Step 3
Mix with pecans.
Step 4
Mix together sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
Step 5
Mix with pecans.
Step 6
Spread on cookie sheet.
Step 7
Bake for 45 minutes at 225ºF, stirring occasionally.
Step 8
Increase temp to 275ºF and continue baking for 15 minutes.
Step 9
Cool and enjoy!
