dragon fruit, peeled and cut into chunks

star fruit, sliced

passion fruit, pulp and seeds only

orange, peeled and segmented

grapefruit, peeled and segmented

tsp minced ginger (5 ml)

Juice of 1 lime
Juice of 1 orange

Step 1
Combine all of the fruit in a large bowl. Squeeze the lime and orange juice over the fruit, add ginger and sprinkle with mint. Toss well
