Directions for: CC's Fruit Salad


1 papaya, peeled, seeded and sliced

1 mango, sliced

1 kiwi fruit, sliced

1 dragon fruit, peeled and cut into chunks

2 cup chopped pineapple (500 ml)

1 star fruit, sliced

2 passion fruit, pulp and seeds only

1 orange, peeled and segmented

1 grapefruit, peeled and segmented

1 tsp minced ginger (5 ml)

2 Tbsp chopped mint (30 ml)

Juice of 1 lime

Juice of 1 orange


1. Combine all of the fruit in a large bowl. Squeeze the lime and orange juice over the fruit, add ginger and sprinkle with mint. Toss well
