This creamy chicken lasagna will make you salivate!
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Cook onions and garlic for about 2-3 minutes in pan drizzled with EVOO on medium heat. Add bite-size chicken and cook until well done.
Add all peppers and minced garlic to the chicken and cook for 5 minutes. Pour in garlic Alfredo sauce & mixed veggies. Cook until mixed veggies have softened
Spray 9 X 13 casserole dish with cooking spray. Place ‘oven-ready’ lazagna noodles on bottom of casserole dish. Pour half of chicken mix over noodles, spread evenly.
Sprinkle half of shredded mozzarella and sprinkle half of Parmesan over mozzarella.
Repeat layering of lazagna noodles, chicken mixture and cheeses.
Spray back of a sheet of foil with Pam spray. Cover casserole and place on cookie sheet in case sauce bubbles over.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350ºF or until you can easily put a knife through the noodles.
Remove foil and bake for additional 15 minutes to lightly brown top of cheese.
Let rest 10 minutes to rest.
Serve with broiled garlic buttered French baguette or French bread sliced into 1 inch slices.
