This Menu Mashup recipe turns everyone’s favourite Chicken Caesar Salad into a hearty burger. Featuring a Parmesan-infused chicken burger as the base, it’s then smothered with a creamy Caesar mayo, topped with crunchy romaine lettuce and sandwiched between a warm, toasty bun. No need for a side salad with this dish!

Chicken Caesar Burgers
For the burgers, combine chicken, grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and egg in a large bowl. Shape into patties and place in the fridge to chill.
For the Caesar mayo, in a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, parmesan, garlic, anchovies, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Set aside until assembly.
Preheat the BBQ to high heat. Carefully lay burger patties on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes. Flip, top with sliced Parmesan cheese, and cook for an additional 3 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Toast buns for 1 minute, if desired.
To assemble, spread Caesar mayonnaise on the bottom of a bun. Top with lettuce, burger patty, and a smothering of additional mayonnaise.
