pieces full chicken legs, cut in half to yield 16 pieces in total

medium yellow onions, chopped

medium zucchinis, diced

batch spices, mixed in a bowl (1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chili powder, 2 tbsp coriander, 2 tbsp cumin, 3 tsp salt)

tsp ginger-garlic paste

tsp tomato paste
A few cinnamon sticks
A few cardamom pods

Step 1
On medium heat, add oil and fry onions.
Step 2
Add cinnamon sticks and cardamom pods.
Step 3
Add blended spices.
Step 4
Add ginger-garlic paste, tomato paste and desired amount of water, and cover the lid for about 25 mins.
Step 5
Add chicken and cover the lid for 20 mins.
Step 6
Add zucchini and more water, and cover the lid for about 10 more mins.
