cup breadcrumbs or almond flour

tsp garlic powder
½
tsp dried thyme leaves or 1 tsp fresh
½
tsp each salt and pepper

skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

cup coconut oil

Step 1
In one shallow dish, beat eggs. In another shallow dish combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, thyme, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Dip chicken strips into egg and let excess drip off. Dredge strips in flour mixture and place on baking sheet.
Step 3
Heat coconut oil in deep skillet over medium-high heat and brown chicken in batches on both sides until no longer pink inside.
