cup (750 mL) cauliflower florets

jar (341 mL) VH® Korma Sauce
2
cup (500 mL) fresh spinach, trimmed

Step 1
Heat oil in large non-stick skillet set over medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Stir in cauliflower. Cover and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
Step 3
Stir in VH® Korma Sauce and spinach. Cook, stirring, until spinach is wilted, about 3 minutes.
Step 4
Serve over rice or buttered noodles.
