This yummy chicken dish is sure to make your mouth water!

Tip: If the chicken breasts you have are quite large, cut them in half lengthwise. You will still have a good-looking piece of chicken to put onto each plate. Create your own unique twist to this recipe by using different fruit juices.

lb(s) (454 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 4 portions

can (284 mL) CAMPBELL’S® Condensed Low Fat Cream of Broccoli Soup
¼
cup (60 mL) orange juice
1
cup (250 mL) chopped broccoli florets
¼
cup (60 mL) shredded old Cheddar cheese
2
cup (500 mL) hot cooked brown rice, cooked without salt

Step 1

Cook chicken well in large non-stick skillet at medium-high heat. Remove chicken and keep warm. Reduce heat to medium.

Step 2

Combine soup, orange juice, water, broccoli and cheese in same skillet. Heat to a boil, stirring often. Reduce heat to low.

Step 3

Cover and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring often. Return chicken to skillet and heat through. Serve chicken with sauce and rice.
