Tbsp cooking oil

small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)

cup broccoli florets

clove garlic, minced

tub (270 g) Philadelphia Original Cooking Creme Cream Cheese Product
¼
cup milk

tsp lemon zest
2 ⅔
cup hot cooked long-grain white rice

Step 1

HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (170ºF). Add broccoli; cook 2 to 3 min. until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Transfer chicken and broccoli to plate; cover to keep warm.

Step 2

ADD garlic to skillet; cook and stir 1 min. Add Cooking Creme, milk and zest; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until heated through. Plate chicken and broccoli with rice; spoon hot sauce over top.

Step 3

TIP: Sprinkle with 1/4 cup Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits before serving.
