Christine’s Spice Mix

Feel free to experiment with different toasted spice combinations. If you don’t have a spice mill, a coffee grinder works well too. This blend of spices is great for chicken, salmon, shrimp or pork tenderloin. Yield is about 1/4 of a cup.

tsp. whole allspice

tbsp. black peppercorns

Step 1

Toast spices in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant.

Step 2

Put in a spice mill.
