cup chopped green onion

tsp dried thyme

cup all purpose flour

cup water

cup cubed red-skinned potato

cup corn, kernels
1 11 ⅓
oz can frozen lobster, meat
2 ½
cup milk
½
cup ten percent cream
1
Tbsp chopped fresh dill

Step 1
In large heavy saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; cook green onions, salt, thyme and pepper, stirring occasionally, for about 4 minutes or until softened.
Step 2
Sprinkle with flour; cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
Step 3
Whisk in 1 cup (250 mL) water.
Step 4
Add potatoes; bring to boil.
Step 5
Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for about 8 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Step 6
Add corn and lobster; cook, covered, for 5 minutes.
Step 7
Gradually stir in milk, cream and dill; heat through.
