cup dry fine sea salt, preferably Ravida
grated zest of one orange
grated zest of one lemon
grated zest of one lime
Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.
Combine all the ingredients in a stainless steel bowl. Spread them on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Break up the salt and pour into an air-tight container.
