300ml 2%
milk
200ml 35%

Step 1
Peel and cube potato in small pieces.
Step 2
Fine dice onions.
Step 3
In a pot saute onions ,celery, garlic and potato With a little butter. Add cream and milk.
Step 4
Open can of baby clams and reserve liquid.
Step 5
Boil soup till potatoes are almost tender add clam juice.
Step 6
Once potatoes are tender add clams and season remove from heat and serve.
