Here’s a crab dip to die for! Chunks of crab meat mixed with cheese, mayo, sour cream and spices served inside a sourdough loaf bowl.
Mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, cooking sherry and spices.
Add the crab meat and mix again.
Slice the top off of a sourdough loaf and hollow out half of the bread. Tear the remaining into bite-sized pieces for dipping.
Pour the crab mix into the bread bowl, and replace top of bread.
Place on a baking sheet and bake at 450ºF for 15 minutes until golden brown or the cheese is bubbling.
