20 wontons

Make these popular Chinese-American restaurant appetizers at home with just a handful of ingredients. The filling is a blend of tangy cream cheese and canned crab meat with a pinch of cayenne for heat. The wontons can be prepared in advance and frozen until ready to deep fry. I love serving these alongside some sweet chilli sauce for dipping!

Lightly brush the edges of the wonton wrappers with water and evenly divide the filling amongst the 20 wontons wrappers, about 1 heaping teaspoon per wonton. Fold and pinch the four corners together, ensuring the wontons are tightly sealed.
