cup chopped onion

cup sugar snap peas, halved

lb(s) frozen cooked cleaned (with tails left on) medium shrimp, thawed, drained

tub (270 g) Philadelphia Savoury Garlic Cooking Creme Cream Cheese Product
¼
cup milk
2 ⅔
cup hot cooked long-grain white rice

Step 1
HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add peppers and onions; cook and stir 4 min. Stir in peas; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add shrimp; cook and stir 2 min. or until heated through. Spoon onto platter; cover to keep warm.
Step 2
ADD Cooking Creme and milk to skillet; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until heated through. Plate rice with shrimp mixture and pour hot sauce over just before serving.
Step 3
TIP: Substitute 3 cups of your favourite cut-up mixed fresh vegetables for the peppers, onions and peas.
