cup brown rice, cooked

cup chickpeas, cooked

free-range egg

Tbsp onion, chopped

g garlic powder

g chili powder

Step 1
Cook rice according to package instructions and mix with chickpeas, onion and spices.
Step 2
In a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat, fry egg sunny-side up with place on top of rice and chickpeas.
Step 3
Serve and enjoy immediately!
