Decadent Chocolate Cupcakes

sticks butter, softened

cup strong coffee

cup cocoa powder

cup sugar

cup Astro Original Balkan Style Vanilla yogourt

egg
1
tsp vanilla extract

cup flour

tsp baking soda
Frosting

cup chocolate chips

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix Lactantia butter, coffee, cocoa. Add sugar and Astro Original yogourt and mix until combined. Add egg and vanilla extract.
Step 3
Sift in flour and baking soda and mix until just combined.
Step 4
Bake in paper lined muffin tin for 15-20 minutes of until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove from oven and let cool.
Step 5
In a small bowl, melt chocolate.
Step 6
Stir in Astro Original yogourt and mix until combined. Chill for 10-15 minutes.
Step 7
Spread onto cooled cupcakes.
