An easy yummy dessert that is sure to please, perfect any time of year!

I love this recipe because its fun fast and easy, It can feed a lot of people and everyone always seems to love it!
Ice cream can be any blueberry or mixed berry!
Take either a homemade Croissant or Store bought Croissant and cut it in half
Lay Croissant out flat in the bottom of a bowl (should be in the shape of pita bread)
Turn heat on medium, wait for pot to warm up
Add 2 Cups of frozen blueberries stirring occasionally until no longer frozen
Add other 2 Cups of frozen blueberries
Immediately poor in 1/4 Cup of warm water
Slowly stir in sugar
Put on low heat cover stirring occasionally
Apply 2 scoops of Farmers Oxford Blueberries and Cream Ice cream to croissant base
Put 1 dollop of COOL WHIP Light Whipped Toppin on top of the blueberry ice cream
Top it off with one spoonful of the warm blueberry sauce and ta da!
