Ingredients

½
lb(s) frozen Edamame beans (with shell)
1
cup frozen Edamame beans (with shell)
1
tsp rock or kosher salt
1
Tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional)
1
tsp fresh finely chopped oregano (optional)
1
tsp lemon pepper (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Rinse edamame beans and place in steamer basket.

Step 2

Pour water in the bottom of the pot and steam for just a few minutes. Immediately rinse with very cold water.

Step 3

Toss into a bowl of rock salt.

Step 4

Optional: Toss in a bowl of balsamic, fresh oregano and lemon pepper.

Step 5

Individually wrap up in a re-sealable bags.
