This is a nice sandwich that is great for on the go and can be frozen and heated up no problem.

Why I love this recipe

This is healthier than something that you would get from a fast food resturant when you don’t have the time, instead you can make it that day or the night before and have a nice easy sandwich to have.

Ingredients

whole English muffin (whole grain- or- regular)
1
whole hard boiled eggs, diced vertically
1
piece thin cut turkey
1
piece thinly sliced cheese
1
dash pepper
1
pinch salt
1
pinch crushed red pepper

Directions

Step 1

Get all your ingredients.

Step 2

Peel your hard boiled egg and set aside.

Step 3

Get your English muffin and cut it in half, then toast very lightly.

Step 4

After put it on a cutting board and place your cheese and ham on only one piece.

Step 5

Then slice your egg vertically and put it on the other piece.

Step 6

Season with your pepper, salt, and crushed red pepper.

Step 7

Finally grave the piece with the cheese on it and put it over the egg piece, and gently press to make the sandwich go together.

Step 8

Then serve or wrap up and freeze.
