This is a nice change from soup and sandwiches for lunches on
the go. These can also be packed cold for school lunches.
Kids can help by choosing, creating and “decorating” their own
pizzas. Older kids can help cut vegetables for toppings.

whole-wheat English muffins, divided
¼
cup tomato sauce
½
cup grated mozzarella or 3-cheese blend
Toppings: sliced mushrooms, olives, peppers, pepperoni or ham, onions

Directions
Step 1
Spread approximately 1 Tbsp. of tomato sauce on each
english muffin. Top with 2 Tbsp. grated cheese and finish with
whatever toppings your child likes. Place under broiler in
oven or in a toaster oven for 3-5 minutes until cheese bubbles.
Let cool slightly before serving to little ones.
