Ingredients

Syrup

length lemongrass
1
cup sugar
1
cup water

Frappe

cup diced fresh pineapple
2
cup diced fresh mango
1
cup diced fresh papaya
1
cup diced banana
2
passion fruits
2
cup ice cubes
2 ½
cup half and half cream

Directions

Step 1

Fruit for garnish: dragon fruit, kiwi, star fruit

Step 2

For syrup, chop lemongrass and heat with sugar and water until sugar has dissolved.
Let cool, then strain out lemongrass and chill syrup.

Step 3

For frappes, pulse half of fruit with half the sugar syrup, 1 cup of ice cubes and 1 1/4 cups cream until blended and frothy. Pour into a chilled pitcher and repeat with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
