Fruit for garnish: dragon fruit, kiwi, star fruit
For frappes, pulse half of fruit with half the sugar syrup, 1 cup of ice cubes and 1 1/4 cups yoghurt until blended and frothy. Pour into a chilled pitcher and repeat with remaining ingredients. Pour some of mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze and store remaining smoothie mixture in fridge until ready to serve. The frozen ice cubes add coolness to the smoothie but do not dilute the flavour.
