Ingredients: 1 cup canned red kidney beans, rinsed and drained; 1 cup each fresh tomatoes, and green pepper, diced; 1 cup Feta cheese, diced; ¼ cup onion, chopped; ½ tsp dried oregano; 2 Tbsp olive oil; 1 Tbsp lemon juice or wine vinegar
