Ingredients

oz falafel
1
Tbsp plain yogurt
1
Tbsp tomato sauce
¼
cup brown rice, cooked
g garam masala
½
g chili powder
pickled onion garnish

Directions

Step 1

In a pan over low heat, mix cooked rice and tomato sauce until warm.

Step 2

In a separate pan, heat falafel until warm throughout and place on top of rice.

Step 3

In a bowl, mix yogurt and spices and add to plate.

Step 4

Garnish with pickled onions. Simple pickled onion recipe: onion, apple cider vinegar, kosher salt and sugar.

Step 5

Serve and enjoy immediately!
