This creamy fish is delicious with a mild lime and pepper flavour.

cup plain yogurt

tsp lime juice (or lemon juice)

Tbsp fresh dill, chopped

tsp cumin

tsp hot pepper sauce

lb(s) boneless, skinless salmon or trout fillet

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix together yoghurt, lime juice,

dill, cumin, and hot pepper sauce.

Step 2

Place fish on baking dish (clay or glass) and spread

yoghurt mixture evenly on top of fish.

Step 3

Bake at 400 F for about 15 minutes, or until fish

flakes easily with a fork.
