g pizza dough

Tbsp butter

Tbsp canola oil

Tbsp Spanish onion, thinly sliced

cups cream cheese

packet onion soup mix
2
cups shredded Gruyere
1
egg, beaten

Tbsp dehydrated onion

tsp rosemary, chopped

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment and set aside.
Step 2
Melt butter with oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until deep golden brown, about 30 minutes.
Step 3
Remove pan from heat. Stir in cream cheese and soup mix.
Step 4
Roll dough out to 20×14 inch rectangle. Spread filling down the middle, lengthwise, leaving a border at either side. Sprinkle cheese over onion mixture. Cut sides horizontally in 1 inch strips. Cross strips over filling, alternating sides.
Step 5
Stir 2 tsp water into egg and brush over bread. Sprinkle with dehydrated onion and rosemary. Bake until golden and puffed, about 40 minutes.
